Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree from an accredited culinary school preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in a management/supervisory role in a full-service restaurant or casino kitchen.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
