About the Role:

Sadelle's - Dallas is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that dishes are presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the Garde Manger, fish bar, and cold app station to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring that everything is ready for service.
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Clean up the station and take care of leftover food, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stock inventory appropriately, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet demand.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that food is delivered to the table simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurants, although this is not a requirement.
  • Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods is strongly preferred.
  • Morning and lunch shift availability is essential.
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude are must-haves for this role.
  • Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be working closely with the rest of the team.
