Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food from scratch, following recipes to produce consistent results, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes and producing consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, working clean and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Requirements

  • 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Eye for detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
