Are you prepared to influence the future of hospitality and travel? Outbound Mammoth is on the lookout for a part-time Lead Bartender to become a vital part of our team.

We seek an individual who shares our enthusiasm for crafting memorable guest experiences, fostering a dynamic company culture, and establishing strong community ties.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide the bartending team, offering training and assistance as necessary.

Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.

Engage with patrons, take orders, and provide suggestions tailored to customer preferences.

Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and attentive attitude.

Monitor and manage the inventory of beverages and bar supplies, placing orders as required.

Comply with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Accurately handle cash and credit transactions.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils.

Collaborate with kitchen personnel to ensure prompt and precise preparation of drink orders.

Stay informed about current beverage trends and participate in training sessions as needed.

Uphold Outbound Mammoth's brand standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a comparable setting.

Thorough knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.

Basic mathematical skills for managing transactions and inventory.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.

A positive demeanor and professional appearance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:


The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role.

While executing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing for 90% or more of a standard 8-hour work shift. Must be able to frequently carry, lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.


While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be exposed to both indoor and outdoor working environments, with noise levels typically ranging from moderate to high.

Typical equipment used includes, but is not limited to, bartending tools and household cleaning supplies.
