Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dining service to residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards
  • Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness
  • Assist in special events and activities
  • Monitor and maintain checklists for dining area cleanliness and readiness
  • Responsible for handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
