Job Summary

Role Overview:

As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a corporate dining service. Your leadership will guide a team of associates, ensuring exceptional client relations and the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the corporate cafeteria operations within the approved budget, maximizing value for our clients.
  • Ensure the food quality meets the highest standards for clients, customers, and employees.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as collaborate with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in fine dining restaurant management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine, including pairings.
  • Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge is required.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, particularly with MS Office products.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
