Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the bartending team, offering guidance and training as necessary.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide tailored recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining a welcoming and attentive attitude.
- Oversee inventory management of beverages and bar supplies, placing orders when required.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Accurately manage cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including all equipment and utensils.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and precise preparation of drink orders.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and participate in training sessions as needed.
- Uphold the brand standards of Outbound Mammoth and contribute positively to the team environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a comparable setting.
- Thorough knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
- Basic mathematical skills for transaction handling and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of industry regulations and health and safety standards.
- A positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
