We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our brands through building displays, managing inventory, and product placement.
Key Responsibilities- Stocking and rotating shelves, display building, and POS material management to deliver results for stores and suppliers.
- Building strong rapport with key account relationships and obtaining feedback on merchandising activities.
- Learning and growing beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
- Conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public.
- Responsibly handling beverage alcohol product.
- 21 years or older to apply.
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
- Able to work occasional weekends.
- Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.
