Job Summary
Factory Motor Parts is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto Parts Professional to join our Customer Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
Take customer orders over the phone and process them with high accuracy
Look up auto parts in our FMP parts catalog system and provide recommendations to meet customer needs
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs
Requirements
3 years of experience in automotive parts sales and customer service
1-2 years of experience in a retail or similar setting where finding the right part was essential
Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems and communicate effectively with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong background in mechanics and ASE certification is a plus
