Job Overview

A captivating sales opportunity awaits an ambitious and results-driven individual to join McCormack Partners Ltd as a Territory Sales Manager in the Inland Empire region.

As the face of the company, you will be responsible for selling repair, maintenance, waterproofing, and re-roofing services to HOAs, multi-family communities, and commercial clients within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships
  • Represent the company at networking events, board meetings, and client functions
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales performance, and maintain accurate client data

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of account management and new business acquisition
  • Experience using Salesforce and CRM software
  • Strong knowledge of the HOA industry and roofing sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
