Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BD. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain sales goals established within the designated territory and budget.
  • Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
  • Position yourself as a product specialist and present, educate, and provide in-services on the process/procedure of accurately using the products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, medical sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Detailed understanding of the needs/analysis approach to sales.
  • Understanding of the product buyer concept.
  • Understanding of contract administration.
  • Understanding of principles of group purchasing to include research, formulating, and recommend proposal.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location.

$125,992 - $207,888 Base + Incentive
