Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing existing relationships with clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through discovery and probe meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and our company
  • Plan and achieve sales targets
  • Update CRM daily
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be persistent while respectful
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous commercial business development experience
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 7am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
