About the Job

This role is responsible for conducting orthopedic educational programs and monitoring their effectiveness. You will facilitate family involvement by supporting the 'coach' role in the joint replacement process. Consistently keeps patient flow running smoothly. Demonstrates ability to make patient care decisions based on the urgency of individual needs.

You will also coordinate all patient processes and needs from initial pre-op testing and patient registration to post-op care. Serve as a liaison in the coordination of the patients' preoperative care between physician's offices, the hospital, and other facilities.
