Joint Center Excellence Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Orthopedic Total Joint Program. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care and support staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor joint replacement clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market the orthopedic program through outreach, community education, and utilizing 'Graduates' as ambassadors.
- Assess, set goals, prepare, implement, document, and adjust the plan of treatment and education for each patient.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nursing degree from a board-approved program.
- 1+ year of case management experience or 1+ year of patient care experience.
- Possess a South Dakota Board of Nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
