About the Role

Neighborcare Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our clinic operations and provide strategic direction to our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, and quality outcomes
    • Work closely with clinical leaders to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting as needed to meet deadlines
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
    • Monitor and communicate productivity metrics to clinical site directors and other stakeholders
  • People Management
    • Hire, train, and develop direct reports, providing coaching and support to ensure success
    • Supervise and support front-line managers in their development as leaders
  • Administrative Work
    • Review and maintain clinic schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing disruptions
    • Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
    • Develop and implement organizational goals and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of direct supervision experience, with a proven track record of success
    • Experience in healthcare operations, leadership, or management
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
