  • Patient Check-in and Check-out
    • Ensure accurate and efficient patient check-in and check-out procedures
    • Verify patient information and update records as necessary
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care or a related field
    • Proficiency in using EPIC software and other healthcare systems
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Certifications in patient care or a related field a plus
