Overview:
Are you passionate about fostering collaborations and strategies that drive organizational success? Our Business Development and Sales teams are dedicated to crafting strategic solutions that align with and expand our business.
We are on the lookout for an outgoing and experienced healthcare sales professional to join our team, focusing on our innovative neuro rehabilitation initiatives in Seattle, Washington.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Background in healthcare sales, including rehabilitation, hospitals, acute care, post-acute, and outpatient services.
- Established network within the local healthcare community.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation, neuro therapy, and acute/post-acute care is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development activities, including outreach to potential key accounts in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain a strong record of success in business development and client retention, demonstrated by consistent growth in new referrals.
- Communicate directly with both new and existing healthcare clients to articulate the features and benefits of our services tailored to their needs.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for each referral source.
- Monitor and document sales trends and competitor activities while assessing market conditions.
- Identify and prioritize high-value accounts, collaborating with leadership to prepare annual sales and marketing strategies.
- Execute approved plans and conduct monthly evaluations and updates as necessary.
- Visit and connect with potential clients, including hospitals, payers, families, and physicians, to promote our programs.
- Organize and coordinate local marketing events aimed at educating consumers about our services.
- Attend relevant industry trade shows and conferences to showcase our offerings.
- Prepare promotional materials to target specific customer demographics as needed.
- Ensure timely updates to the company database with account information and maintain established contact frequency.
- Track account information and marketing activities, completing reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in the required format.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities, updating information as necessary.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in brand development and sales management, with a proven track record of success.
- Neuro rehabilitation licensed clinicians (Physical, Occupational, Speech, Recreational Therapists, Social Workers) may be considered in lieu of traditional sales experience.
- Experience in rehabilitation services, health/home care, human services, pharmacy, or other medical outside sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
