This includes responsibilities such as maintaining records, facilitating recruitment processes, organizing employee events, managing payroll, overseeing benefits, handling worker's compensation claims, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative for all Kisco human resources policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment initiatives within the community.
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting pre-employment screenings and post-hire processes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and organize employee personnel files, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in human resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the Senior Living sector is advantageous.
