Job Overview

Rb Management Source Llc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and maintaining positive employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Workman Compensation: Secure coverage and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing support to managers and employees in setting goals and addressing performance issues.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to be objective and impartial in decision-making and conflict resolution.
