Job Summary

This is a non-represented position in the Human Resources Department of the City of Riviera Beach. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks related to HRIS, personnel transactions, record keeping, and electronic records retrieval and storage.
  • Work under general supervision of the Senior Manager of Human Resources to carry out department objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and benefits administration, as well as performance management and onboarding.
  • Implement policies and ensure compliance with affirmative action and employment law regulations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with at least five years of experience in HR administrative tasks within the last seven years.
