Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our business office, including case management and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Engage with case managers and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and document handling.
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy, identifying duplicates and ensuring proper metadata management.
- Coordinate referrals within and outside the organization to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Contribute ideas for process enhancements that will improve team performance and service delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and other relevant software applications.

TS/SCI with polygraph - must be transferable.
Education:
A bachelor's degree is equivalent to 3 years of specialized experience. A master's degree equates to an additional 2 years of specialized experience (5 years total).
Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
