Essential Functions- Manage direct reports and ensure proper development and coverage of the department.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance with applicable state licensures.
- Assist with data entry and quality management program tasks.
- Monitor front office productivity and turnaround time, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Handle confidential information and develop standard operating procedures for the department.
- Manage building access cards and keys, and collect and send packing slips and invoices.
- Monitor building maintenance and cleaning services to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist sales teams with supplies, reports, and problem resolution.
- Interact with clients directly to address issues and questions in a timely manner.
- Research and resolve problems related to pathology report receipt.
- Assist with quality management program tasks, including document creation and maintenance.
- Gather and calculate data for monthly reports and collect QC sheets.
- Ensure management directives are communicated to staff.
- Perform clerical duties, slide distribution, and other tasks as needed.
