U.S. Programs Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our U.S. Programs team at The Chalmers Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the U.S. programs team, including managing calendars, coordinating training events, and maintaining database records.
- Manage first-level inquiries and communications with individuals and organizations seeking U.S. program training, and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Work closely with program directors and lead trainers to set up and manage training cohorts, provide customer care and technical support, and coordinate touch points with learners and trainers during certification courses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design Specialist to ensure that online content is available, accessible, and well-designed for adult learners.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years equivalent experience required.
- Technologically savvy with advanced skills in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent public relations skills, with a commitment to strong customer service and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with efficient proofreading and editing skills.
- Professional and warm personal presentation via phone, email, and in person.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently to the completion of tasks.
