Role Overview

This position requires daily attendance in our Tempe, AZ office from Monday to Friday. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail processing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks with precision and punctuality.
  • Employ effective time management skills to handle time-sensitive responsibilities.
  • Prepare and coordinate courier shipments for collection.
  • Utilize various software systems to manage mail-related tasks.
  • Operate mailing equipment to process outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle specific mail items manually when necessary.
  • Oversee inbound accountable mail and packages.
  • Weigh packages and determine appropriate postage.
  • Prepare domestic and international mail for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of mailing certificates.
  • Scan critical business mail into internal systems.
  • Communicate repair needs to vendors and coordinate services.
  • Manage inventory of mailing supplies.
  • Load funds into mailing machines as required.
  • Foster effective communication with team members and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment. You should possess:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Experience in office settings, preferably in corporate environments.
  • Prior knowledge of mail/shipping processes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adhere to attendance policies.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows PC environments.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A keen attention to detail.
