Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that clients receive thorough and accurate responses within one business day.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including communication history and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in meeting client needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
