Role Summary: Central States Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual for the Coordinator - Customer Service role. In this position, you will play a crucial part in supporting our customers and sales team by managing various tasks related to customer inquiries, including pricing and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage new customer accounts according to specified guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of customer data from our CRM system.
  • Process customer orders and quotes daily, maintaining comprehensive records in our ERP system.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales and customers regarding quotes, orders, and account activities.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21.

Work Environment: This position is based onsite and emphasizes a collaborative and enjoyable workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.

Physical Requirements: This role may require occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and the ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
