About the Role: Central States Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented and people-centric individual for the Coordinator - Customer Service position. In this role, you will assist our customers and sales team with various tasks related to customer inquiries, including quoting and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup of new customer accounts according to established guidelines.
  • Synchronize customer data from our CRM system.
  • Process customer orders and quotes daily while maintaining accurate records in our ERP system.
  • Facilitate communication between sales and customers regarding quotes, orders, and account activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; college credits are preferred.
  • Experience: Professional telephone etiquette and computer proficiency are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Work Environment: This position requires the ability to interact with colleagues verbally and in writing, maintain a stationary position for a significant portion of the workday, and operate office equipment efficiently. The role may occasionally require lifting and handling office supplies.
