Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Commercial Insurance Expertise
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance solutions and risk management strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, underwriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of goals, objectives, and expectations.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field.
- P&C License required.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
