About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Alumus. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Hospice Services: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our hospice services to healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders to drive referrals and business growth.
  • Travel and Territory Management: Travel to and from multiple locations within assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and promote our services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Community Education: Identify opportunities for education within the community and develop in-services to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Hospice experience with strong sales skills in post-acute healthcare and established accounts and relationships in the market is preferred.
  • License: Valid driver's license.
