Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at SMS as an Outside Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career working with a leading business development firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for daily sales appointments with small to medium-sized business owners within a 20-mile radius of your home.
- Direct sales appointments to market and secure Business Analysts Survey Agreements.
- Provide feedback to Business Coordinators on appointment outcomes and share new business lead opportunities.
- Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, receiving sales support as needed.
Requirements:
- At least three years of business ownership experience or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we will consider the right experience over a degree.
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong listening skills and the ability to uncover clients' pain points.
- Ability to begin work immediately.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses.
- Realistic first-year earnings: $100K-$110K.
- Potential to earn high six-figure commissions.
