Communication Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab At Your Place. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evaluations, developing and implementing therapy goals, and collaborating with other professionals and families to provide well-rounded care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluations and Therapy Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, or voice pathologies, and develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Act as a liaison and collaborate with other professionals, team members, and families to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families in proper treatment techniques, including the use of assistive devices, and provide written documentation of client services.
- IFSP Development: Collaborate on the development and implementation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Dynamic Intervention: Provide 1:1 dynamic intervention in the natural environment, focusing on coaching and equipping families/caregivers to improve their child's functioning.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Licensure: Current TN SLP License (or willing to obtain).
- Experience: Experience working with pediatric populations.
