Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies from vendors and suppliers
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
