Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Marketing Director, this role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Generating and transforming concepts into visually striking user experiences for diverse marketing materials such as websites, promotional content, presentation materials, digital ads, newsletters, and event collateral.
  • Overseeing the visual components of advertising or media initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Upholding graphic uniformity and brand relevance for all outputs by reviewing and approving creative assets prior to distribution.
  • Designing and implementing all creative materials necessary for annual events and conferences, including brand identity, website design, signage, agendas, and state designs.
  • Providing graphic updates to the web design team as required.
Position Qualifications:
  • A degree in graphic design or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Must present a link to an online portfolio showcasing experience in campaign execution, logo creation, typography, web layout design, presentation templates, print production, and photo retouching.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
Work Schedule:
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The role allows for in-person and hybrid work, with a requirement to be present in the office at least four days a week.
