About the Role

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including tasks such as supply management, opening and closing procedures, reception and front desk work, drafting correspondences, and assisting with invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Open and close the office according to established procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the reception desk
  • Draft and send professional correspondences on behalf of the company
  • Assist with invoicing and financial tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in office management or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in accounting, preferably with AP/AR duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
