About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant to the CEO at Bold Consulting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the CEO's time management effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • CEO Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, and coordinate office maintenance to ensure a clean and professional workspace.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to collaborate with staff members, handle limited personal tasks on behalf of the CEO, and act as the primary point of contact for office-related needs.
  • Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, and handle limited personal tasks on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in an assistant or office management role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, are necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
