Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and analytical Executive Office Manager to handle office duties and admin-related operations for our company, Strategic Integrated Transportation Inc.

This role will involve fielding interdepartmental communications, performing office tasks, responding to inquiries, and overseeing all administrative tasks for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure their completion in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Handle basic office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
  • Provide support to employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
  • Assist with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development.
  • Develop and implement new policies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the administrative support field.
  • A meticulous approach to administrative tasks and exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and solid presentation skills.
  • Strong task and time management skills, with basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • A professional appearance and courteous manner.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
