About Unboxed Training & Technology

Unboxed Training & Technology is in search of a dedicated Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our President and Founder. We are looking for a skilled administrative professional with a solid history of assisting high-level executives and playing a pivotal role in their achievements. The EA will be responsible for:

· Acting as the main liaison between the President and essential internal/external contacts.

· Organizing, managing, and maintaining schedules and communications.

· Drafting and refining reports, presentations, and various documents.

· Coordinating and engaging in meetings while ensuring follow-up on action items.

· Arranging both domestic and international travel, ensuring all travel documentation is prepared.

· Supporting the planning and execution of special initiatives and events, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

· Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases while safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

· Aiding in the preparation of sales materials, reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting, preferably within professional services, and will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

· Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, along with familiarity with customer relationship management software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
