Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management for the Director.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Prepare and process travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements with precision.
  • Oversee special projects and events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years in an executive support role, preferably within a healthcare or academic setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in document preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
