Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cases to the sales team and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage warranty registrations and distributor/supplier statements.
- Prepare morning reports and tag distributor orders sent from other departments.
- Order management of strategic accounts assigned.
- Provide weekly open order reports to customers and offer multipliers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service office experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
