**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign cases to the sales team and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage warranty registrations and distributor/supplier statements.
  • Prepare morning reports and tag distributor orders sent from other departments.
  • Order management of strategic accounts assigned.
  • Provide weekly open order reports to customers and offer multipliers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service office experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
