About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, warmly welcoming guests and creating personalized connections. You will be responsible for managing the takeout process, from order to payment, and ensuring that every guest has a legendary experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the takeout process, including orders, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 16 years of age (or higher per applicable law) and certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol handling requirements.
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
