Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage front desk operations, which include:
- Answering phone calls courteously and assisting with various inquiries.
- Checking members into the system efficiently.
- Facilitating new member registrations.
- Conducting tours for potential members.
- Updating member accounts as necessary.
- Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when required.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- A genuine interest in fitness and health is a plus.
- Must possess a positive and energetic attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on positive interactions with members and colleagues.
- Strong listening skills, with the capacity to empathize and resolve issues effectively.
- Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and appropriate conduct in all interactions.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Frequent verbal communication in person and over the phone.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur during shifts.
- Eligible for: Bi-Weekly Team Bonuses & Monthly Mystery Shop Bonuses
- Complimentary Black Card membership after 30 days of employment.
- Full-time employees qualify for 50% company-paid benefits after 90 days, including:

- Paid Personal Time (after 6 months)
