Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at TXNM Energy. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our large, complex, and influential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pricing, rate design, engineering, and regulatory solutions to customers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on utility pricing, rate design, and regulatory matters
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of utility pricing, rate design, and regulatory principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
