About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Diagnostic Account Manager to join our team at QuidelOrtho. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships in the hospital and large physician office lab (POL) market within your assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction and executing a customer touchpoint/call plan.
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Drive and close sales for all product lines, instrumentation, and service offerings to customers within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with other sales and overlay roles to retain and expand menu.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, activity, account updates, and reports via CRM system.
Requirements
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Life Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Healthcare industry required.
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to translate strategies into executable tactical action plans.
  • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment.
