Position Overview

The Customer Support Coordinator is tasked with providing exceptional service to clients by ensuring accurate and timely communication regarding their orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries about order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and communicate outcomes effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to gather relevant information about order statuses.
  • Achieve daily metrics for customer notifications regarding shipping dates and overdue orders.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality.
  • Support the sales team with accurate order information and status updates.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Engage with customers to promote additional services offered by the company.
  • Provide backup support for front desk operations as necessary.
  • Deliver consistent and courteous service while ensuring accurate data processing.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proven ability to obtain accurate information promptly.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage various priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using various software systems related to sales and customer service.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as required.
