Role Responsibilities

The Account Manager Associate will support the Account Manager in addressing client needs and providing assistance to the Commercial Lines team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with multiple data management systems
