Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary internal representative of the organization, tasked with conveying confidence in our printing services and capabilities to our clients. This role involves receiving, reviewing, and processing orders while efficiently resolving customer issues, all while maintaining effective communication with team members and departments to ensure excellence in service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts with diligence.
  • Address incoming requests from clients and sales to ensure prompt and thorough issue resolution with professionalism and urgency.
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide quality service and support across various areas, including order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, clients, and sales teams.
  • Organize workflow to meet client timelines.
  • Handle client complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
