Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their policies are up-to-date.
  • Business Development: Work with our commercial sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with our clients to identify and mitigate potential risks, providing guidance on insurance solutions to protect their businesses.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agents, and other insurance professionals.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Lines Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably with a focus on account management and business development.
  • License: Property and Casualty license required.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED required, with a minimum of 2+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Skills: Applied Epic experience preferred, general knowledge of insurance laws, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
