In this role, you will operate in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, empowered to guide your community with creativity and autonomy. You will manage daily operations to guarantee exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, associate engagement, operational efficiency, and robust financial performance. You will oversee directors from various functional areas, collaborating to lead a cohesive team across the community.

As the Chief Executive Officer, your involvement will span all operational facets, including Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and Business Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact while enhancing the lives of both residents and associates.

Salary Range:
USD $123,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.

Compensation Disclosure:
The salary range mentioned reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives, nor does it encompass the value of our comprehensive benefits program. Offers will take into account factors such as experience, qualifications, community size, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven operations experience in independent, assisted living, or Alzheimer’s care communities.
  • Minimum of three years of management experience in a similar setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software for marketing, payroll, and financial management.
  • Ability to meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on achieving results through others.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
