We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team at ARTISAN Management Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of our multifamily real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure profitability and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular property site visits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Review and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strategic plans for each property and portfolio
  • Oversee marketing efforts and review quarterly reports
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and compliance issues
  • Lead leadership meetings and one-on-one team meetings
  • Review and execute third-party service contracts
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams of 50+ people
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
