Founding Business Development Representative

We are a fast-growing startup backed by top investors, with a mission to become the de-facto data transfer platform for all industries that run on CSV files. Our customers range from publicly traded enterprises to cloud 100 startups like Scale AI.
Role OverviewAs a founding member of the BDR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction, building out playbooks, and contributing to the foundation of our sales strategies. This is an opportunity to have a major impact on our business and learn in a fast-paced, intense culture.
Key Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound qualification
- Generate ideas for new ways to drive leads
- Partner with growth marketing on outbound campaigns
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
